Job Description
- The scope of work includes but is not limited to managing a department of planners working on CPM scheduling services for a variety of construction projects in the US.
- Communicating with clients through several daily virtual meetings and video conferences to understand and address their needs
- Manages productivity and improves the quality of the work performed by the team of planners
Personally executes some of the work only for the sensitive, high profile and complicated projects
Job Requirements
• Profound and Exceptional Command of the English Language
• Multiple years of on-site experience with diverse construction projects
• Expertise and comprehension of construction claims
• Proven record of a prosperous career from credible sources
• Excellent people skills
• Strong Leadership skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from one of the top five universities in Egypt or abroad (preferably AUC)
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 75 percent of that time spent as a full-time planner.
Working hours from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm for females and from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm for males.
