Job Description
- Regular plant inspection with the Mechanic & his assistant.
- Follow up with the plant equipment during the operations and off site.
- Coordinate with the operations and plant manager to fix any of plant pumps or mixers.
- Monitor and follow up with the periodic and preventive maintenance for all plant equipment.
- Evaluate the inspection of the equipment and evaluate the cleanliness and periodic maintenance.
- Distribute jobs to the technicians in their fields and ensure that the repairing of existing faults.
- Monitor the warehouse and purchase orders to provide spare parts required for maintenance department.
- Prepare the vacations schedule for all technicians.
- Prepare the drivers and cleaners incentive assessment per week and send it to the plant admin.
Job Requirements
- Should be from 2 to 5 years of experience
- Good computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office.
- Good Command of English.
- Deep knowledge and command with electronic engines system, advanced hydraulic circuit, power train systems, wiring and electrical systems and undercarriage components.
- Has the capability to adjust spare parts stock levels.
- Awareness of maintenance types; preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
- Previous experience in making plans then action plan for predictive maintenance
