Provide an effective liaison (bridge) between the business of the customers and the development team.
Define the business objectives of the customer to make sure that requirements always be traced back to those identified objectives
Proficiency in eliciting requirements using various techniques including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, and site visits.
Analyze and model the system requirements to create a complete picture of the workflows and system requirements
Develops functional specifications for client engagements using Requirement’s specification document template
Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoffs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that the requirements accurately portray the specific needs of the customer
Participate in the change management process overseeing the definition, approval, and implementation of scope changes
Accountable for the delivery of projects on time
Increase customer satisfaction
Handle multiple projects at the same time

Responsibilities and Duties:

Translate business requirements and functional specifications into scenarios to make developers understand the requirements in an easier way.
Analyze Software and Business Requirements documents to get a better understanding of the system from both technical and business perspectives.
Defining the road map and prioritized the backlog of work to meet the vision in a timely manner to meet market and customer demands.
Collaboration with the Product Owner to create and document the future business processes and workflows.
Primary facilitator responsible for defining, documenting, and managing software requirements for large-scale development projects.
Working with Development and QC to review all requirements documentation, receive feedback and ensure all issues related to the requirements are resolved in a timely manner.
Assisting QC with acceptance testing of requirements.
Collaborate with the Development team to create documents such as a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document
Collaborate with UI & UX team to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications
Support the product owner in product positioning, release planning, and vision/roadmap creation/update

Years of experience: (2+ junior or 5+ for senior) years of work experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and statistical skills
Leadership and facilitation skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred
CCBA/CBAP certification is preferred
Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
Experience in building Business Analysis artifacts as process flows, gap analysis, user stories, and others.
Knowledge of the different software development lifecycles.
Excellent experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
Participate in developing the Technical Proposal & Response to RFI to match the solution specifications and translate requirements into Physical Components and Services using required standards, methods, and tools.
Work closely with all stakeholders while developing the Client Technical Proposal following the Company’s Sales/Pre-Sales process Professional Services
Excellent negotiation skills.
Able to build partnerships and work well in teams
Can identify problems and refer/escalate complex issues to a higher level
Ensure deliverables are always fulfilling the business need by conducting solution validation and verification and running user acceptance tests (UAT)
Advanced knowledge of and experience in Microsoft office tools
Willingness to travel on short business trips frequently
