Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts and to co-ordinate between our inhouse marketing activities and a professional advertising agency in the future. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product/service promotion.

A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing plans
• Collaborate with a professional digital agency to make sure our marketing strategy and effort is successful.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
• Develop and create marketing materials, and ensure brand guidelines are met
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
• Create online and offline marketing content
