Job Description
- IT specialist shall provide support for the IT needs of the organization and assist internal end users. Our organization has a dozen PC and a company limited network. However smooth working of the software and hardware, digital contents upload are crucial.
- The IT Specialist ensures that computer hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, work consistently and correctly. IT specialist should install programs, configure networks and databases, and provide assistance to end users. A special focus is on internet based operation, website and social channels contents upload and newsletter emailing.
- This role requires extensive familiarity with IT processes and procedures, effective communication, departmental enhancement, and user support. IT specialist should give institution-wide support and enhancement with direct assistance for the different departments and users.
- Main location is in Zamalek.

Job Requirements
- Hardware and software configuration – IT specialist should have a general knowledge about hardware and software configuration for servers, networks, computers, and peripherals
- Information security – this role requires basic familiarity with information security practices and procedures to protect organization data from intrusion or corruption
- Problem-solving skills – IT specialist should troubleshoot networks, computers, and devices; creative and technical problem-solving skills are needed.
- Communication skills – effective written and verbal communication skills are vital in this role. Full mastering of English is a must. Italian language a plus (level B1)
- Time management – IT specialist should easily move between duties and responsibilities to effectively prioritize and manage their own schedules
