Job Description
- Promotion and sales of the company’s full range of products , within the KSA market to achieve annual sales plans along with key goals and objectives that will help drive the business forward.
- Understand customer needs and be responsive and provide support as deemed required. • Being transparent and provide timely, accurate and complete information.
- Follow-up on their requests and keep customers informed on their projects, requests and/or issues status.
- Manage full sales cycle from finding clients and securing deals
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
- Up-sell the company's services and solutions.
- Coordinate with various teams to meet the customer's expectations.
- Provide professional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science Engineering OR Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proven (3+) experience as sales/ customer service in computer HW
- preferred good knowledge in gaming solutions
- Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
