Job Description
- Responsible for the necessary preparations for all production lines like: CIP (Clean in Place), SIP (Sterilization in Place) and Packaging Materials.
- Reviewing the production plan before starting the production operations in order to calculate all required materials for the plan.
- Make sure of production line cleanness before starting up the production machine.
- Follow up all steps and conditions which effects on the product quality during the production operation.
- Take the necessary action toward any food safety issue appears during the production operations.
- Support the maintenance team to define the expected root cause for any downtime / fault in the production equipment.
- Calculating the production wastage for his line per shift and measuring the wastage according to the department goals.
