Job Description
- Send orders to salesmen to be delivered to clients according to priority and availability.
- Analyze SAP data and monitor stock and inventory. Also send lists of shortages and needs to planning department in order to be met. -
- Plan for purchase orders, send planning reports to the department in charge to execute it and make sure cars are loaded with the products needed.
- Receive returns from distribution department and document them through bills while taking note of (time-date-clients-amounts).
- Make sure the amount of returns entered on the system is the actual amount received from sales department, regarding price and amount.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Excellent in Microsoft office .
