Job Description
- Achieves Area sales operational objectives by contributing district sales in and sales out, information and recommendations to strategic plans, preparing and completing actions plans.
- Productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for areas to support the region objectives.
- Meets area sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Managing the distributor tools and investment.
- Make sure the right execution for all the marketing and sales Plan .
- Lead his sales team to get the maximum result and coaching ,train them.
