Job Description

The Business Consultant will be part of the “Credit Solutions” Regional Competence Center with the aim to support the growth of Software Offerings in the region with a focus on Consulting, Project Management and Delivery in Egypt, Morocco and North Africa.

Leveraging on CRIF account managers and/or local partners for sales and on CRIF group range of solutions and delivery competence Centers, the Consultant will be involved in presales, consulting and project supervision, with direct exposure to client’s senior management. 

The position will be based in Cairo, with frequent travel outside Egypt.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, in collaboration with sales teams and local partners, the market potential evaluation and definition of the development strategy
  • Contribute to define the target offering catalogue for all the Credit solutions in alignment with the other CRIF services
  • Play and active role in business development, presales support for CRIF Credit Solutions business line
  • Lead pursuits (RFPs/ RFIs/Consulting Engagements) - Conceptualize Solution Strategy, Functional Fitment, Architecture and Scope of Work. Prepare and Deliver High Impact Solution Presentations, Product Demos, Proof-of-Concepts and Proposal Defense Sessions
  • Manage client’s expectations and contribute/supervise the delivery of software offerings in the region
  • Participate to the internal processes of knowledge sharing and product/service innovation

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • University degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering; MBA is a plus
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in a Consulting/Technology firms
  • Working knowledge and experience in BFSI solutions 

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

  • Fluent in Arabic, English and French languages
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills 
  • Team player, entrepreneurial approach, self-starter and result orientation 
  • Problem solving skills, flexibility, multitasking
  • Capability to gain respect, build trust and develop good relationships with clients at top management level
  • Good Experience in credit management processes and practice will be considered a Plus
