Job Description
We are an e-commerce company focusing on computer products and gaming devices. Currently, we are looking for computer geeks who are passionate about gaming and computer hardware to provide a professional first technical point of contact for our customers
Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional first technical point of contact for the customer .
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for customers via phone, in person, or electronically
- Perform software installations, configurations and updates as needed
- Conduct initial diagnostics for faulty products and undertake warranty related decisions
Job Requirements
- It's necessary for the applicants to have good knowledge of computer products and brands and also be familiar with computer games and latest gaming devices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good English skills.
- Deep knowledge of computer hardware/software
- Good knowledge of common software/hardware issues and solutions.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Preferably two years of technical support or an equivalent experience.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate.
