Job Description
- Standardize documentation process including, policies, quality manual, procedures, work instructions and standard processes.
- Prepare and follow the implementation of internal quality audit plans.
- Supervise document centre/controller to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 documentation adherence.
- Ensure issuing and updating of documentation according to standard requirements.
- Coordinate implementation and integration of QA projects like ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO 45001
- Preparation of quality plans.
- Issue corrective/preventive actions request when needed.
- Put smart objectives aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Conduct QA training, orientation for employees when needed.
- Participate in QHSE conferences for what concern QA activities.
- Provide consultation for employees concerning QA issues.
- Ensure implementation of QHSE company rules and procedures.
- The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
- Control the distribution of all the companies’ quality documentation.
- Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
- Perform management system audits.
- The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Monitor statistical method reporting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar a position is required.
- Quality certification is a plus
- Good in quality control analysis
- Monitor and implement the Quality Focus process.
- Implement and detect Health, Safety, and Environmental control.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented (able to prioritize and plan).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001
