Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering
6 to 8 years of proven experience in structural shop drawing preparation within engineering consultancy or construction environments.
Expertise in interpreting structural design documents and translating them into detailed shop drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit is Mandatory and other relevant structural detailing software.
Strong knowledge of international and regional building codes and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free drawings.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in resolving technical issues and providing on-site drawing support.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices.
