Job Description

Product:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Introduce new training programs to the company, design tailored programs as per customer’s needs as well as develop and update existing programs.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with Sales teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
  • Compare, select and decide upon materials providers for certifications programs as well as maintaining relationship with them.
  • Responsible for company’s website development
  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Research & Development:

  • Directs research programs to meet organizational needs and capitalize on new products
  • Develop and Implement research and development procedures and techniques
  • Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development. (Responsible for company’s internal training).
  • Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with company business units.
  • Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
  • Document all phases of research and development.
  • Responsible for current relationship with all Institutions we are partnered with
  • Responsible for acquiring new partnerships and developing the partnerships already in place.
  • Responsible for Instructors Acquisition and relationship management
  • Agree on programs structure and design with instructors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from Commerce or related field
  • Work experience not less than 4 years in Learning and development
  • Experience in instructional design is a plus
  • Experience in training is a plus
  • Financial background is a plus
  • Excellent command of English language
