- Receiving client calls and messages

Job Requirements
- Experience in hotel events and catering sales or F&B is required
- Excellent English pronunciation
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software)
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Presentable with a pleasant personality
- Memorizing catering menus and packages
- Handling customer and event's details
- The ability to handle any customer complaints or needs
- Preparing event menus with all the details needed to complete the event
