Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise all installations process from inception till finish
- Responsible for managing of supervision off all site activities
- Check that safety regulations and building codes are met, and complete service reports verifying conformance to standards.
- Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications, such as stopping at floors for set amounts of time.
- Adjust safety controls, counterweights, door mechanisms, and components such as valves, ratchets, seals, and brake linings.
- Inspect wiring connections, control panel hookups, door installations, and alignments and clearances of cars and hoist ways to ensure that equipment will operate properly.
Job Requirements
- bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience on-site.
- Good networking and relationship skills.
- Good computer skills ( Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Well organized and Proficient in details.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
