Job Description
- Scheduling appointments with prospective customers for the sales team.
- Generating leads of possible prospects.
- Delivering prepared sales calls, reading from scripts that describe products and services to persuade potential customers to purchase the products and services.
- Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
- Shifts are from (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM including an hour break and half day on Friday--4 hours--), (and from 5:15 PM to 2:15 AM including an hour and a half break), (and from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM including an hour break). Saturdays and Sundays off in all campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Flexibility to adhere to working hours.
- Proven experience as a telemarketing agent or other sales/customer service roles (experienced candidates is preferable)
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Excellent English is a Must.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
