Job Description
- Manage day-to-day Project Delivery and tasks
- Manage and drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, performance levels and process change initiatives.
- Assist Engineering teams with technical issues in all phases of a project’s life cycle. This includes providing technical analysis / design services to the project through the delivery of recommended design.
- Coordinate tasks/schedules of external consultants and internal staff
- Serve as the leader of a team focused on helping to drive the onboarding, adoption and operational success of AWS managed services customers.
- Responsible for the development of administrative processes and ensuring compliance with defined processes.
- Establishes and maintains Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the overall health of the service and build tools to exercise and evaluate if these KPIs are being met.
- Contribute to growing the expertise of our stakeholders, by participating in summit meetings, tough case reviews, resolution of escalated cases and consultation.
- Collaborate with sales & presales teams to ensure our customers satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with AWS New services and solutions.
- Work with the other departments on the AWS competency program.
Job Requirements
- BSc in computer science or engineering or another related field. Master’s degree is preferable.
- Experience in the IT field for 12+ years, experience as service delivery manager for 4+ years, experience in implementation for 3+ years.
- Experience in AWS services for 4+ years (Ex.: EC2 / S3 / Ebs………)
- Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software.
- AWS certification for associate and professional level.
- Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills.
- Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (especially Python)
- Skilled in Network & Security.
- Experience managing a team for 6+ years.
- Outstanding customer service skills
