Job Description
- Identify &execute sales plans to ensure profit growth and expansion of products.
- Generate leads, develop and manage project tenders, quotations and proposals in line with the company policy.
- increase business opportunities through market research.
- Manage the required of each project to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit monthly progress reports regarding budgets, sales growth, declines, and new leads to management.
- Build relationships with clients from the industrial and construction sector and develop the current one.
- Develops and presents solutions to client's complex, Monitors client satisfaction and works with sales management team to achieve it.
- May work with global and regional account management in the pursuit of multi-country opportunities.
- Follow up and update competitors’ offers and pricing.
- Can manage, motivate, train and develop a sales team.
Job Requirements
- 3- 5 years of experience as sales manager.
- Knowledge of Saudi electrical market (wires, cables, lightening, electrical accessories) and competitor.
- Critical analyst for prices and materials qualities as well.
- Gulf & Saudi electrical market experience is preferred.
- Excellent Managerial skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Presentation skills.
- Active and Challenging Personality.
- Very Good English level speaking/writing/reading.
