Job Description
- Supporting chairman in all related tasks, manages the effective allocation of his time and maintains calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate and follow up departmental reports and tasks assigned by the chairman and monitor and maintain the date of its submission,
- Coordinate, attend, and take minutes for the Chairman’s internal meetings, other meetings with outside partners and any other relevant top management meetings.
- Conduct web research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman.
- Produce reports for the Chairman as and when required.
- Organize board meetings and ensure that Chairman is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.
- Act as a confidential administrative assistant in the CEO office, managing calendars and schedules, screening callers and arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences as directed
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman.
- Handle calendar management for the CEO
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Follow up skills & interpersonal skills, multi tasking and
- Relevant Bachelor Degree.
- Experience in Administration and office management. (at least 3 years)
