Job Description
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring & termination.
- Manage the social insurance issues and offices.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them
- Responsible for Archiving and review employee files.
- Follow up, prepare all belongs to insurance office like sick leaves and insurance form 1, 6, 2.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional in the personnel department.
- Excellent knowledge of Labor law
- Excellent Oral & Writing Business Communication skills
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Perfect excel skills
