Job Description
- Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the Fashion Department
- Focuses on publicizing and increasing awareness of the company’s brands Job duties
- Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with Brand Managers; which details activities to follow during the fiscal year and focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- To manage the marketing budget and the delivery of all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Assist with analyzing advertising campaigns and monitoring brand quality.
- Monitor the reactions of customers and retail outlets to new products and brand initiatives
- Managing photo shoots for products they're marketing
- Participating in grand openings of stores.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, fashion merchandising or Business Administration.
- 7 to 10 years’ professional experience in marketing .
- Excellent English language skills (spoken & written).
