Job Description
- Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with the discovery of the company’s products.
- Educate consumers about the products and the benefits.
- Transition from offering product knowledge to sales to Consumers
- Provide exceptional customer service experience.
- Understand consumers’ pain points and handle them with the right product feature and benefits.
- Ensure delivery of set KPIs (e.g. NPS).
Job Requirements
- University graduates.
- Military exempted/ served (Male applicants)
- At least 2-3 years of proven sales, customer experience, retail, hospitality, F&B
- Willing to work on a shift basis (AM and PM, weekends).
- Computer / iPad literacy.
