Job Description
- Supervisor manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, efficiency and effectiveness
- Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
- Study machine requirements and prioritizing its operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Planning, preparing, issue solving, and control production schedules and material requirements to ensure a control flow of approved materials to meet production requirements.
- Keep track of production schedules by making sure that they are abiding by the plan and the delivery dates of each PO (Purchase Orders).
- Ensure that the product will be cost-effective by estimating costs and negotiating with management.
- Designing the SOPs for different production lines in the Factory.
- Act as a liaison between technical office, production, procurement, warehouse, and sales (showroom) teams to ensure successful delivery of all client requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports, and production schedules and conducts material requirements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in kitchens/Wood/Furniture Industry is a must.
- Experience with CNC, Skipper and Beam Saw Machines is a must.
- A degree in Mechanical/Industrial is advantage.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD 2D & 3D and Solid works programs.
- background in Lean Manufacturing & Lean Six Sigma.
- Competent Knowledge of internal operations such as: materials management, master scheduling, forecasting and production planning
- Planning management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
