Job Description
- Maintain documentation, including staffing, training, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Double-checking the correctness and completeness of all personnel documents, as well as the accuracy of salary data and personnel records.
- Provide information and support to employees as needed by assisting individuals with submitting applications and completing beneficiary forms.
- Provide support to management and staff by interpreting personnel policies and procedures and providing technical assistance to employees on a variety of personnel-related matters.
- Keep record of work times and attendance, track employees’ absences (regular/irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Process new employees’ social insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other regulatory requirements using appropriate forms.
- Keep track of VISA expiry dates, and employment authorization expiry dates for expats
- Ensure that all HR Practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations
- Handle all disciplinary actions and warning notifications when needed
- Liaise with the relevant labor office to maintain knowledge of all relevant statutory updates and or changes.
