Job Description

  • Maintain documentation, including staffing, training, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Double-checking the correctness and completeness of all personnel documents, as well as the accuracy of salary data and personnel records.
  • Provide information and support to employees as needed by assisting individuals with submitting applications and completing beneficiary forms.
  • Provide support to management and staff by interpreting personnel policies and procedures and providing technical assistance to employees on a variety of personnel-related matters.
  • Keep record of work times and attendance, track employees’ absences (regular/irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
  • Process new employees’ social insurance, termination, leave of absence, and other regulatory requirements using appropriate forms.
  • Keep track of VISA expiry dates, and employment authorization expiry dates for expats
  • Ensure that all HR Practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Handle all disciplinary actions and warning notifications when needed
  • Liaise with the relevant labor office to maintain knowledge of all relevant statutory updates and or changes.

Job Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor Degree
Experience:
  • 2 – 3 Years of experience in the Personnel field (Expats Management Experience)
Computer Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience using HRIS preferable
  • Previous experience using Microsoft 365 is a plus
Language:
  • Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
