Job Description
Etisalat UAE is looking for senior customer service representative for offshore account.
The caliber will be responsible for the following:
- Handle queiries from the foreigner community in UAE
- Handle technical support queries for mobile internet, ADSL. And ,second line complaints
- Take the customer's experience to the next level
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must (B2 Level)
- Soft & communication skills are a must
- Previous call center experience is a must ( 6 months at least)
- Ex Vodafone UK /Expedia/ UX/UI are required and most welcome to join
- Males only
- Flexibility with rotational shifts and days off
- Flexibility with not having transportation
