Job Description
- Accurately record and review all financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and monitor daily journal entries to ensure they are correctly posted.
- Reconcile and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all government regulations and obligations.
- Prepare accurate and timely periodic financial reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or an equivalent field
- minimum of 2 years of practical experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a mandatory requirement
- experience working with electronic tax filing systems
