Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Track project costs, manage budgets, and forecast cash flow
- Measure project progress and report on schedule and cost performance
- Assess the impact of changes, manage risks, and support corrective actions
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Support management reporting, audits, and performance reviews with accurate, data-driven insights
- Undertake Earned Value calculations, where applicable, to support bid / project performance forecasting.
- Analyze resource profiles resulting from the monthly schedule update process and make recommendations to reconcile resource loading anomalies ahead of the Forward Load extraction.
- Undertake all baseline and change control activities associated with the schedules including regular local archiving of the associated database(s).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Master’s degree and/or professional certifications are a plus.
- Construction management and project management background is necessary.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Earned Value Management techniques
- 0–5 years of experience in cost control and planning for construction or development projects
- Strong skills in Primavera P6 / MS Project and advanced Excel
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, cost structures, and contracts
