Job Description
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Control budgets and optimize expenses.
- Develop, outline and implement plans and strategies to increase the profitability of company products and services.
- Develop and initiate strategies to maintain employee productivity, evaluate performance and improve the quality of products and services.
- Set and align priorities, and develop strategies that support a market-focused vision.
- Schedule and lead staff meetings to discuss updates, issues, feedback and to create solutions to issues that come up within the company's operations.
- Meets with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.
- Communicates management policies and procedures to all Team Members’ attitudes and build morale.
- Assist human resources in recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating employees and ensure staff complies with company policy and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management.
- Identify the capabilities that are required for achieving success and subsequently build and lead the team that delivers on these capabilities.
- Advance the innovation and entrepreneurial culture within the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering .
- MBA in management is a must.
- Solid experience in commercial automotive industry is a must.
- Experience in leadership roles or positions of managerial influence.
