Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment administrator to assist with all admin and compliance of the business such as:

  • Date Entry
  • Research
  • CV formatting
  • Compliance of staff
  • General administration, answering phone and directing to relevant consultant 
  • Assist with uploading CVs and database management
  • Assist with interview arrangements and diary management
  • Assist with day-to-day aspects of compliance for candidates and dealing with queries 
  • Requesting documentation for right to work etc.
  • Apply for DBS checks for applicants providing they have the correct documentation and qualifications
  • Applying for references

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Administration experience
  • Experienced with Microsoft
