Job Description
1-Brand & Growth Management :
- Define and evolve the strategic matrix.
- Participate in Developing a thorough understanding of customer needs, products in the market, the manufacturers, and the trade.
- Analyze brand factors and market trends to provide future forecasts and lead the execution of the annual brand plan in accordance with the desired KPIs and brand strategy.
- Participate in planning and execute service launch seamlessly by working closely with all the teams within the organization.
- Seek continuous feedback from the consumers through online and offline to get a feel of the constantly evolving customer requirements.
- Leverage product capabilities and actively drive innovation in product requirements.
- Work closely with the brand teams to drive specific campaigns and promotions to drive user engagement & orders.
- Drives and develops the strategic management of the brands
- Leads the brand’s financials by close monitoring on the budget allocation and expenditure
- Monitors the innovation progress and business plans for new launches
- Performs regular business analysis on the results achieved by respective brands or product categories.
2-Project Management:
- Manage all aspects of the project from the design stage through to completion to assure its effectiveness.
- Manage the operational aspects of a project to ensure completion of project objectives.
- Identify project risks to avoid any impact on project objectives.
- Manage project budgets & resources to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify the desired outcome of a project.
- Review and Analyze the project scope to make sure the desired outcome of a project is aligned with objectives.
- Regularly review and analyze the project scope.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and communicate it with stakeholders if needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Driving cross-functional project teams.
- Submit progress reports to inform stakeholders about the project status.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, processes, and procedures for effective delivery of projects and compliance with regulatory guidance.
3-Project Growth & Revenue Drive:
- Identify and develop the potential scope of clients and offer proposals in coordination with policy to promote business.
- Assist in presenting the most valuable solution for every client.
- Perform all activities essential to develop revenue and improve clients’ satisfaction and maximize the selling time.
- Complete and update the client’s information and documentation as required by the business.
- Assure the accuracy of the Pipedrive following each client interaction.
- Drive the achievement of company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to stakeholders.
- Assure the resolving of customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Works closely with the sales department to deliver the company's sales targets.
- Pipedrive and Sales Daily dashboard and other available relevant information. To assure the effective results of the sales team.
Job Requirements

- Experience in MS Office ( PowerPoint & excel )
- Knowledge of CRM.
- Previous work in Software houses is a plus
