Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor the performance of the customer service/sales representatives.
  • Join in developing new sales techniques and recommending improvements if there for business growth and profitability.
  • Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
  • Assists representatives in handling disappointed customers
  • Uses social media to help promote the company’s products
  • Ensures a seamless process flow from the customer’s initial order to the delivery of products and services

Job Requirements
