Job Description
- Provide first-level investigation and diagnosis.
- Resolve service requests.
- Escalate service requests that cannot be resolved within agreed timescales.
- Follow up till the closure of the incident with second and third line support.
- Log all relevant service request details and allocate categorization and prioritization codes.
- Assist users with data conversion/migration.
- Design, develop and maintain reports used by systems users.
- Close all resolved requests and other calls.
- Conduct user satisfaction call-backs/surveys as agreed.
- Communicate with users – keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc.
Job Requirements
- BA in IT, Computer Science or Computer Software Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in Technical / Application Support roles.
- Experience in supporting large-scale systems (ERP, financial, Project management ).
- Hands-on experience in MySQL Databases and windows troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills.
