Job Description
- Act as a key liaison between the hiring management team and new employees with respect to pre-employment formalities.
- Adhere to agreed SLAs in respect to end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Ensure that applicant forms are completed and processed and all necessary paperwork is properly filed.
- Perform data entry to input and update applicant information in the candidate database.
- Coordinate schedules with applicants and interviewers, send interview confirmations, monitor inboxes, and reconcile interview cancellations.
- Perform first screening round of applicants forward.
- Maintain accepted candidates log and keep Employee Services up to date so they prepare the joining procedure formalities.
- Maintain recruitment log and ensure prepared status update reports are accurate and timely submitted to management.
- Verify all received recruitment documents of accepted candidates for compliance with company policy and procedures.
- Prepare and display job postings on selected channels.
- Prepare all relevant invoices for new hire expenses and follow up on approval and payments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 Years relevant experience.
- Familiar with the hiring and onboarding processes.
- Spoken and written Arabic and English is required
- Computer literate and familiar with database maintenance.
