Role Summary
The role is Responsible for supporting the bid management function through the coordination of RFPs, proposal submissions, and client registrations, while ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare proposal forms for submission
Assist in submitting bids and proposals
Maintain an up-to-date tracker of RFPs and submissions
Register the company on client portals as required
Check new RFPs on client portals and distribute them to relevant teams
Support proposal documentation and formatting
Update and maintain CRM records related to bids
Provide regular status updates and assist with reporting
Core Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
2–5 years of relevant experience in bid management, operations, or similar roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM or document management systems is a plus
