Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
- Analyze purchase requests before committing to purchase in relation to procedure adherence, price, quality & delivery
- Commit company purchase orders under a competitive environment which maximize commercial advantage.
- Maintain and build highly ethical relationships with preferred suppliers and analyze supplier performance.
- Follow up and reply to all purchasing queries.
- Maintains purchasing document records in an orderly and easily retrievable manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in (commerce English section).
- Males Only
- 2 years of experience in same position is must.
- Excellent in MS office specially in word and Excel.
- Very good in English.
