Job Description
- Continuous improvement of a Quality Management System and global operating procedures of the company
- To establish Company Quality Plan including Quality Policy and continually improve it.
- Create and update local Policies and procedure descriptions (SOP’s and Work instructions) to be aligned with ERP system procedure
- Maintaining the certification status of the organization
- Preparation of Quality Management Reviews
- Definition and follow up of department Key performance indicator (KPI)
- Training and Implementation of global procedures
- Performing internal and external audits
- Managing the Change Control Process
- Managing the Complaint Process
- Supporting other company departments with quality-related question
- Supporting Supplier Management Process and Customer Satisfaction Assessment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science / Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the QM/QA area in the manufacturing environment
- Has a very good knowledge with ISO 9001:2015
- Arabic language
- English is mandatory
