Job Description
- Responsible for the management and co-ordination of planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities and the provision of high level technical, and administrative advice to the group.
- Plans, controls and manages all maintenance activities, ensuring that quality and service standards are met and that targets are achieved, or exceeded, all within approved budget levels.
- Leads Maintenance staff team toward the achievement of their individual and collective objectives, while supporting their motivation and development to sustain and enhance team performance and realize individual potential.
- Analyses operational and activity reports and recommendations to identify patterns, trends and potential problem areas and instigates appropriate change programs to improve integrity and effectiveness of operations.
- Prepares regular and ad hoc higher-level reports for management consideration on a variety of issues setting out details of progress, incidents, initiatives taken and recommending ways forward.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Engineering degree.
- Minimum 4-6 year of professional experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Dynamic and details oriented.
- Excellent English language (Speaking and Writing)
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent user for MS office.
