Job Description

  • Responsible for the management and co-ordination of planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities and the provision of high level technical, and administrative advice to the group.
  • Plans, controls and manages all maintenance activities, ensuring that quality and service standards are met and that targets are achieved, or exceeded, all within approved budget levels.
  • Leads Maintenance staff team toward the achievement of their individual and collective objectives, while supporting their motivation and development to sustain and enhance team performance and realize individual potential. 
  • Analyses operational and activity reports and recommendations to identify patterns, trends and potential problem areas and instigates appropriate change programs to improve integrity and effectiveness of operations. 
  • Prepares regular and ad hoc higher-level reports for management consideration on a variety of issues setting out details of progress, incidents, initiatives taken and recommending ways forward.

Job Requirements

  • BSc of Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 4-6 year of professional experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Dynamic and details oriented.
  • Excellent English language (Speaking and Writing)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent user for MS office.
