Job Description
- Handling all Hiring process, social insurance form 1,2,6 and prepare ATM requests and any other relevant tasks.
- Ensure that all HR Practices are complying with Labor Law regulations.
- Responsible for company medical insurance in terms of getting approvals, refunds, and claims for employees.
- Record and update all types of leaves on the system and conduct monthly reports to the HR Director.
- Attract & headhunt talented calibers at different levels. (White Collars & Blue Collars)
- Manage Payroll and compensation procedures in a manual system.
- Handle all disciplinary actions and warning notifications when needed.
Job Requirements
- Have in-depth knowledge of social insurance, labor law, and all governmental regulations.
- Team worker
- Very good in English is a MUST.
- HR Diploma/ Certificate is a must
