Job Description
- Responsible for planning and design in the area of HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing systems including developing policies standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools. In addition, prepare, review drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for the mechanical work within a project.
- Manage to oversee the work of subordinate staff contact architects or Engineers.
- Prepare plans, details, and cost estimates (BOQ) of mechanical works.
- Advise the Project Manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress.
- Undertake general project site observation/inspection of the mechanical services works to ensure team’s adherence to the approved shop drawings and Consultant’s specification, good working practices, and construction schedule.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical University degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction field
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be familiar with AutoCAD, Rivet, and Microsoft office
