Job Description

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
  • Responding promptly  to customers inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resolving customer complaints
  • processing orders , forms, applications and requests
  • coordinating with colleagues if necessary
  • providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Job Requirements

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Good computer skills.
