• Manage a team of agricultural workers, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Monitor and maintain farm equipment and infrastructure to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage the farm's budget, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure financial sustainability.
• Monitor market trends and commodity prices to make informed decisions regarding crop selection and pricing strategies.

Resource Management:
