Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover and adopt our latest technology solutions. You will work 9-hour shifts in a dynamic retail environment where your earnings directly reflect your drive and ability to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Revenue: Proactively engage store visitors, demonstrate complex product features, and recommend tailored hardware, software, and accessory packages to exceed monthly sales targets.
Customer Consultation: Provide expert-level guidance, answer technical inquiries, and troubleshoot basic user issues to build lasting customer relationships.
Store Operations: Maintain product displays, manage dynamic store inventory, handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and ensure the retail environment reflects our high brand standards.
Pipeline Management: Follow up on lead inquiries, track ongoing customer quotes, and manage upsell opportunities using our internal sales tools.
Continuous Learning: Stay fully up-to-date on emerging technologies, new product launches, competitive offerings, and promotional incentives.
Work Schedule
Shift Structure: 9-hour workdays (includes mandatory statutory meal and rest breaks per local labor guidelines).
Availability: Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs and scheduling rotations.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Base Pay: Stable hourly/monthly base salary.
Uncapped Commission: Direct, performance-based incentive structure with no ceiling on earning potential.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of retail sales, tech sales, or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
Passion for Tech: Strong interest in consumer electronics, personal computing, or emerging technology.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into simple, compelling value propositions.
Target-Driven: Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets or working in a performance-incentive environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods throughout a 9-hour shift, with occasional lifting of inventory (up to 30 lbs).
