Job Description
- Creates, updates, and uploads data for financial project in the system according to the agreed daily target in coordination with project managers.
- Responsible for identifying the right category for each invoice.
- Reviewing all product details and eliminate any mistakes in our data.
- Create any report related to data numbers and workflow.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent typing speed. Speed typing skills “minimum 50 invoices per hour”.
- Hight accuracy.
- Confidentiality.
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk. MUST “Preferably Experience in financial projects”.
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Can work with numbers and financial reports.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Can work rotational shifts and off 24/7.
