Job Description
- Engage in research to gain relevant information, researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer priorities.
- Architect Tagaddod’s master brand strategy. Define what makes Tagaddod unique and differentiated, and how we can bring through insightful positioning and bold, impactful plans.
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as social media, or digital campaigns, and events
- Lead brand campaign planning, creation, go-to-market, and measurement/optimization, in partnership with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Assemble content and draft executive-level presentations, including quarterly business reviews.
- Develop and execute promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters.
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales, product collateral, presentations, reports, internal branding materials and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colours, fonts and imagery
Job Requirements
- BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business or related fields
- 2-5 years of proven relevant experience
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data (super analytical skills)
- Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
