Job Description

  • The Sr. Social Media Specialist should be responsible on managing all the social media accounts for all the brands in the divisions. 
  • Managing the accounts include writing the content, posting, interacting with customers, monitoring the performance of the accounts and all the follow up required to maintain the accounts in the best possible performance. Planning and activating the digital marketing campaigns is an important part of the employee’s responsibility. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Content Making:
  •  1. Write content with formal and casual Arabic and English 
  • 2. Write creative content that engages customers. 
  • Social Media Administration:
  •  1. Plan the monthly posting plan for each brand as per the guidelines. 
  • 2. Publish posts and stories as per the guidelines. 
  • 3. Follow up comments and questions related to the daily post as per the guidelines. 
  • 4. Follow up with direct messages and making sure they have been replied to and the reply is correct.
  •  5. Follow up with designers to make sure designs are matching with the guidelines and approved. 
  • 6. Send the posts batches to the management to take approval before publishing.
  •  7. Prepare monthly social media performance reports. 
  • 8. Prepare monthly competitors social media performance report.

Job Requirements

  • ∙ Good English and Arabic writing skills. 
  • ∙ 2 years of experience in social media. 
  • ∙ Basic research skills 
  • ∙ Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines. 
  • ∙ Ability to find and develop new and creative ideas.
