Job Description

  • Get & Acquire qualified candidates
  • Responsible for the recruiting cycle through recruitment channels and help in the annual recruitment plan.
  • Handling hiring documents and deal with labor & insurance office
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Handling the attendance program & daily attendance reports
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, or similar role
  • Handlling confidential information
  • Help in maintaining & develop HR Policies
  • Explain Human Resources Laws, procedures, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Help and perform any HR/administration tasks
  • Create needed HR reports
  • Deliver needed documents to labor & insurance office

Job Requirements

  • HR generalists have responsibilities across multiple areas like recruiting, employee evaluations, payroll, or the hiring process.
  • Time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degrees ONLY.
  • Fluent English Speaking.
  • Experience in Human Resources or a relevant field is a MUST.
  • Strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential. 
  • Resident in 6th October or nearby is a must
