Job Description
- Get & Acquire qualified candidates
- Responsible for the recruiting cycle through recruitment channels and help in the annual recruitment plan.
- Handling hiring documents and deal with labor & insurance office
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Handling the attendance program & daily attendance reports
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, or similar role
- Handlling confidential information
- Help in maintaining & develop HR Policies
- Explain Human Resources Laws, procedures, and standards to new and existing employees
- Help and perform any HR/administration tasks
- Create needed HR reports
- Deliver needed documents to labor & insurance office
Job Requirements
- HR generalists have responsibilities across multiple areas like recruiting, employee evaluations, payroll, or the hiring process.
- Time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degrees ONLY.
- Fluent English Speaking.
- Experience in Human Resources or a relevant field is a MUST.
- Strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential.
- Resident in 6th October or nearby is a must
