Leading contracting company in water projects seeks Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years experience in tender technical studies and proposal preparation.
 

Key Skills & Experience

Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in essential tender study software such as AutoCAD and Primavera.
Ability to prepare, analyze, and review tender documents, technical specifications, and contracts.
Strong skills in cost estimation, budget preparation, and financial analysis.
Effective time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Experience in legal and regulatory procedures related to public and private tenders.
Ability to write clear technical reports that support tender proposals.
Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project.
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and coordinate between departments.
Capable of risk analysis and technical evaluation to optimize bid quality.
