Job Description
- Develops and maintains a filing system for financial information, files, and records.
- Ensuring the completeness, accuracy and existing of all Care transactions.
- Ensuring the valuation, ownership and the proper presentation of all Care balances.
- Ensure the appropriate recording of all shipment’s costs related to the care.
- Ensure the consumption cost is matching to the weighted average method related to the care.
- Ensure the proper recording of the warranty and OOW consumption.
- Ensure the proper recording of the OOW invoices.
- Perform usual / sudden physical count of the warehouses to ensure the existing of the stock and completeness of the recording of all stock transactions.
- Develop the day to day transaction in accordance with Care team to ensure the appropriate flow of Stock transactions.
- Prepare the required periodic reports to the managements.
Job Requirements
- Education : B.Sc. in Commerce, Major Accounting.
- Experience: 1-3 years in similar position.
- Computer Skills: MS Office Suite.
- Languages: V. good English.
